- yellow pepper
- Fresh red pounded chilli pepper
- Seasoning cubes
- Utazi leaves
1. Wash the catfish with warm water to remove the slime from the skin and boil.
2. Grind all the ingredients spices and pepper.
3. Add water into a thick pan allow it to boil for 5 minutes, then add pepper and all the spices and seasoning.
4. Add the fish allow to boil for 10 minutes, add the Efiri scent leaf and Utazi leaves.
5. Check seasoning if okay to taste then serve.
